Fifth Annual Ian Trent Taylor Memorial Golf Classic
Last year’s tournament was a tremendous success, but this year, we’re shooting for something even better. We listened to your recommendations and have selected to host this year’s event at the Mission Inn Resort and Club, located in Howey-in-the-Hills, Florida. This is a venue which will make the event more family focused with activities we have never before offered. In addition to golf, this year’s location offers fishing and boating, skeet shooting, swimming, tennis and SPA Marbella. But for you golf fanatics, this year‘s event offers two championship courses, El Campeon is rated the #1 course in Florida and #2 in the US by Golf Advisor, and Las Colinas is rated the #3 course in the US as well. But as you know, you don’t need to be an avid golfer to participate in this event. This has been and continues to be a fun event that helps raise money in memory of our beloved son, brother, teammate and friend. For those who were fortunate enough to have known Trent, your life has been truly blessed. He was one of god’s true angels and friend to all!
Pre-classic breakfast with Bloody Mary Bar, warm-up at the driving range and putting green in preparation for a shotgun start on two championship courses, El Campeon and Las Colinas. Post golf classic buffet lunch will be served with awards from the morning of golf.

Following a great day of golf, and other activities, we will host an evening of entertainment featuring a casino night party with cocktail and heavy hor’deorves being served. We will also have a raffle and silent auction for your enjoyment.
This year’s venue is located approximately 35 minutes northwest of Orlando. With all events taking place at the Mission Inn Resort and Club, we have reserved a block of rooms. Due to course policies and commitments with the Mission Inn Resort and Club, cancellation must occur by July 1, 2017 for a full refund of any deposits. In the case of inclement weather, the course policy is to provide rain checks and a rescheduling of the event.
